Epting Support Services is a turnkey mobile disaster and emergency caterer and bulk meal producer. We have been part of recovery and restoration services for natural disaster and relief efforts operating in remote and distressed environments.

What ‘We Do’. The environments where we deploy are often chaotic, requiring an experienced team with proven reliability. We excel and thrive in these scenarios. Frankly, this is why we do this work and how we built our reputation. Our team members come from a varied background that covers all facets of culinary excellence, including expertise in back-of-house management and remote camp operations.

The one thing we on the ESS team have in common is our desire to roll up our sleeves and get the job done - and done well. In fact, our unofficial motto is “We Do.” It is this attitude that propels us to find creative solutions for the most challenging problems.

Not only do we strive to quickly bring order to rapid deployments, but we also push ourselves to isolate the ‘behind the scenes frenzy’ of a relief camp and keep the chaos out of our dining facilities. We know that our guests appreciate having a calm, well-organized dining experience so they can best enjoy the cuisine we serve and have a moment of reprieve.

From our experience working in relief efforts, we have found that mealtime is one of the few opportunities for those we serve to relax and recharge. We at ESS take pride in providing hospitality to create dining experiences that our guests so fully deserve.

Infrastructure. Epting Support Services has operated culinary services for remote camps ranging from 150 - 5,000+ guests. We have supported concurrent camps and are always adding to our logistical infrastructure to support the most complex deployments. We support short-term camps that last for a few weeks and multi-month deployments.

We have a proven track record of exceeding expectations no matter the condition. We’ve worked through Caribbean heat waves, snow, rainstorms, and extreme dust conditions - all while maintaining a comfortable and consistent environment for our guests.

We own and operate a 100,000 square foot primary warehouse and a 47,000 square foot overflow warehouse for equipment storage, maintenance, and staging. We also own and operate a 6,000 square foot office complex where we manage operations and administration. We are headquartered in Athens, GA, with satellite offices in Puerto Rico, Montana, Texas and California.

Strategic Partnerships. Over the years, we have developed numerous contacts throughout all facets of the food industry, including our active involvement as a Leading Caterers of America (LCA) member.
